The competition for short-term internships for Hungarian agricultural and natural sciences will be announced

In accordance with the results of the agreement reached during the visit of the delegation to the Republic of Hungary from November 29 to December 2, 2021, the Ministry of Innovative Development is conducting a targeted selection to send 25 young scientists to the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Natural Sciences for 1-month short-term scientific internships. makes lon.

In this regard, by February 1, 2022, you are requested to submit the information (documents) about the candidates recommended for the scientific internship in accordance with the 1st and 2nd annexes.

Information (documents) about the candidates was approved by higher education and research institutions (customers) by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 222 of April 19, 2021 "On training young scientists as leading foreign scientists "Regulation on the procedure for sending organizations to short-term scientific internships" (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) will be sent to the e-mail address of the Ministry at info@mininnovation.uz.

In addition, based on paragraph 5 of the Regulation, it is established that candidates recommended for internships will be interviewed in a foreign language in their specialty, and pre-selection will be carried out directly by the customers .

Requirements for candidates:

candidates between the ages of 20 and 40 who know the specialized subject and foreign languages ​​to the level necessary for their work are sent to the internship;

candidates cannot be approved as winners for internships in leading foreign scientific organizations (centers, universities, etc.) twice in one year;

Candidates who have won the contests may be recommended as candidates for the announced contests of the next calendar year after completing the internship and submitting a report on this internship.

The procedure for conducting qualifying competitions:

selection contests are reviewed by a special expert group in two stages.

In the first stage, it is considered that the information (documents) entered are fully submitted and formalized in accordance with Clause 11 of the Regulation.

In the second stage, candidates defend their internship programs in the form of a presentation in a foreign language.

Documents of candidates who did not participate in the defense of the presentation during the selection contests may be rejected based on the decision of the special expert group.

In the defense of the presentation, candidates are required to present the selected research work in a short, concise and well-founded manner and to participate in a well-prepared manner.

In this case, the special expert group will follow the following criteria in preparing the final conclusion based on the results of the presentation:

knowing and being able to use foreign languages ​​to the extent necessary for the implementation of his work - up to 30 points;

relevance of internship goals and objectives and scientific or economic effectiveness - up to 40 points;

compatibility of internship with directions, needs and requirements of higher education and or scientific organization - up to 30 points.

Based on the results of the presentation, the candidates who have scored at least 60 points will be declared winners by the decision of a special expert group.

2.Extract from the decision of the collegial body of the customers (scientific council, council, scientific-technical council, scientific-coordinating council and other forms);

3.Work program during internship;

4.Reference-lens of the candidate (questionnaire);

5.A copy of a diploma confirming graduation from a higher education institution and/or a copy of diploma(s) confirming a scientific degree (candidate of science, PhD and doctor of science), scientific title (senior researcher, associate professor, professor), if any;

6.A copy of the citizen's passport or identification ID card;

7.2 color photos of the candidate with a size of 3x4 cm on a white background;

8.A valid national or international certificate of foreign language proficiency (National Qualification Certificate, IELTS, TOEFL, etc., excluding expired documents), if available.
