The Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces the 64th type of competition of practical and innovative projects within the framework of state programs related to scientific activity in the following fields of science:
This competition is based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the regulatory legal framework for the development of scientific research and innovative activities" dated March 9, 2020 No. 133 and "Organizing the management system of scientific and innovative activities on measures to achieve
It will be held in accordance with the requirements set forth in Resolution No. 545 of August 27, 2021.
The subjects of the competition are the statement No. 3 of the meeting of the Republican Council on Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan held on December 27, 2021 and the scientific agreement in the field of metallurgy signed on June 24, 2021 between the Ministry of Innovative Development and the joint-stock company "UZMETKOMBINAT" - to accelerate research and experimental construction works, to develop mutual cooperation with scientific organizations and to implement projects on the creation of new scientific developments, to hold joint contests for project financing, and according to the results of the contests, the winning projects will be shared in equal shares ( The Ministry of Innovative Development - 50 percent, JSC "Uzmetkombinat" 50 percent) was formed on the basis of the financing memorandum.
Scientific projects submitted to the competition will be accepted only in electronic form until April 25, 2022 through www.grant.mininnovation.uz - the only intellectual electronic platform of state scientific programs.
In the process of registration of scientific project documents through the electronic platform grant.mininnovation.uz, the original copies of the following documents in pdf/doc form must be uploaded to the electronic platform:
referral letter signed by the head of the executive organization (pdf);
extract from the decision of the scientific (scientific and technical) council of the executive organization (.pdf);
text of practical or innovative project (with signature and seal, pdf and doc/docx).
The submitted projects must strictly comply with the selection requirements, the reliability and truthfulness of the project materials, copying (plagiarism) is not allowed, they are formed based on the requirements, and the important scientific results obtained at the end of the project are fully in accordance with the research design. preliminary technical expertise will be conducted on the validity and correct calculation of the requested funds in accordance with the amount of funding specified in the tender conditions.
According to the results of the competition, 50% of the funds of the winning projects will be financed by the Ministry of Innovative Development, and 50% by "Uzmetkombinat" JSC.
Projects that have not passed electronic registration and preliminary technical expertise are not recommended for the next stage of the competition.
The completeness, truthfulness and reliability of the information in the presented projects, the effectiveness of the scientific projects, the potential for commercialization, the full and timely implementation of the scientific research planned in the project by the heads of the scientific project, the heads of the executive organization implementing the scientific project, and the relevant senior officials Responsible employees of organizations are considered responsible.
The conclusion of the competent structure (department) of the executive organization on the feasibility of open discussion of the scientific innovation, know-how and ideas presented in the submitted project in expert processes should be attached to the project.
