In accordance with the tasks given by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during his practical visit to the Syrdarya region on April 7, 2023 and the memorandum on cooperation concluded between the Innovative Development Agency and the Syrdarya regional government, a selection of start-up projects on the scale of the Syrdarya region (Next o in 'rinda - Selection) declares:
This competition is approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 9, 2020 No. 133 "On measures to further improve the regulatory legal framework for the development of scientific research and innovative activities", approval and financing of "Startup" projects and on the procedure for implementation" will be held in accordance with the requirements specified in the statute.
Conditions for accepting startup projects:
Applications will be accepted from April 27 to June 27, 2023;
Start-up project initiator (enterprise) - start-up project implementation funds at least 20% of the funds requested from the agency from its own account;
Availability of a letter of recommendation provided by the relevant district or regional governments;
Participation in the contest only by innovative activity subjects of the Syrdarya region;
Participation of 1 participant with 1 project;
The maximum period of creation of mockups and (or) prototypes, software products, services and social products based on startup projects should not exceed 1 year.
Conditions for the start-up project competition:
The selection is focused on production and service
applications aimed at creating and implementing business projects are accepted. They must be based on innovations and technologies.
Applications can be submitted by legal entities and individuals (a sample form of a letter of guarantee).
When implementing the project, it is recommended to take into account the following factors:
Environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly technologies;
The expected results of the project implementation are the effective use of the allocated funds, the quality and time of the implementation of the activities, the organization of the production of products that require a scientific basis that replaces imports and is oriented to export.
Original copies of the following documents must be sent in PDF format:
Application signed by the author of the startup project (with signature and seal);
startup project passport;
cost estimate;
startup project business text;
Letter of recommendation submitted by the relevant district or regional governments.
The decision of the Innovative Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the winners of the competition is firm and will not be revised!
Submitted projects strictly comply with selection requirements, reliability and authenticity of project materials, no copying (plagiarism) is allowed, they are formed based on requirements, as well as in full accordance with the research design of important results to be obtained at the end of the startup project. preliminary technical examination will be carried out on the validity and correct calculation of the requested funds in accordance with the financing volume specified in the tender conditions.
Projects that have not passed the initial technical examination are not recommended for the next stage of the competition!
Submitted projects may not be recommended for participation in the competition in the following cases:
The fact that the startup project was not formed within the driver field of the region;
Non-availability of the letter of recommendation presented by the relevant district or regional governments;
that the start-up project does not have an innovative feature;
that the goals and objectives of the start-up project are not clarified;
that there is no solution to the problem presented in the startup project;
that the submitted projects have not previously won this competition;
that the funds allocated for the implementation of start-up projects were spent on reconstruction and repair-construction works of buildings, as well as on the purchase of motor vehicles.
The truthfulness and reliability of the information in the submitted startup projects, the results of the startup projects by the competition winners, the complete and timely implementation of the expected results set in the tasks of the competition programs, the startup project managers, the heads of the organization implementing this project and the relevant senior officials Responsible employees of organizations are considered responsible.
