The development plan of the concept and functional architecture of the digital transformation of the Ministry of Innovative Development was presented
In order to implement this plan, a special business analyst was recruited from November 16 of this year as part of the 3rd component of the "Modernization of the National Innovation System" project of the Ministry and the World Bank.
According to the contract, the business analyst performs the following tasks for 2 months:
1. Analysis of the current business processes of the Ministry, including the tasks and functions of structural divisions and subordinate organizations, identification of gaps and operational efficiency limitations and obstacles; analysis of existing IT infrastructure, data governance policies, cybersecurity, and more.
2. Concept development, including gap analysis, automation of business processes, introduction of a single digital platform and integration with relevant IT systems of other government bodies, changes to the data management policy, use of appropriate digital tools for their analysis, IT training of employees skills requirements; Makes recommendations for improving IT infrastructure, and more
The final concept of digital transformation and the functional architecture of the Ministry will be presented as a result of the work carried out, and a concrete action plan (roadmap) for 2022 will be presented.
