A seminar-training on grant projects announced by Erasmus+ was held within the framework of the "English for Science" project

On October 13 of this year, within the framework of the "Erasmus+ Week", the Erasmus+ National Office in Uzbekistan held a seminar-training on grant projects.

Abduvaliyev Abdulaziz, director of the Scientific and Technical Information Center, Kudrat Kutlimuratov, head of Erasmus+ National Office in Uzbekistan, spoke at the event.

- Creating a strong competitive system of higher education and science is one of the important directions for Uzbekistan. The fact that President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev pays special attention to strengthening the role of science in the socio-economic development of our country serves to support advanced innovative developments and high technologies, and to strengthen the competitiveness of scientific and practical research. In turn, the Ministry of Innovative Development participates in this process to increase the quality of scientific research, high technologies and innovative developments, and to consistently introduce their results into the economy, - said A. Abduvaliyev, director of the Scientific and Technical Information Center.

During the event, Qudratkhan Bakhodirov gave explanations on 4 grant projects announced under Erasmus+ (1- Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters; 2- Jean Monnet activities; 3- International credit mobility; 4- Capacity Building for Higher education) and practical skills for independent application shared.

At the end of the seminar-training, the participants received answers to the questions they were interested in.
