Now the enterprises of economic sectors can present their needs for new scientific development and technologies through the electronic portal launched by the Ministry of Innovative Development.
In this case, network enterprises should upload the following information through the interactive service:
1. Name of new development/technology (need)
2. Orderer (name of network enterprise, organization, business entity)
3. Details of the customer (legal address, phone number, website)
4. Requirements for the created development/technology:
4.1. Technological requirements (description, characteristics, comparative analysis with existing (imported) analogues in indicators)
4.2. Raw material requirements (raw material composition, source - if available)
4.3. Consumer market analysis (number, amount of annual consumption volume)
4.4. Duration of development/technology creation (years)
4.5. Requirements for the cost of products produced on the basis of development/technology (price of 1 unit of product)
5. Scientific organization(s) developing/creating the technology – if known
6. Amount of funds (investment) allocated by the customer to the development/technology creation project (million soms).
These data are entered into the database of the ministry and are reviewed by experts.
According to the results of the review, a state order for scientific-research works will be formed, and a selection of scientific projects prepared on the basis of each order will be announced.
Based on the results of the contests, grants are allocated to the best scientific projects, and on this basis, technology is developed and presented to the interested industry for further commercialization.
