Telemedicina is developing

In recent years, many effective works have been carried out in the field of medicine in our country. Following the publication of Decree No. PF-6198 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 1, 2021 "On the improvement of the state management system for the development of scientific and innovative activities", one district in each region is being transformed into an "Innovative area" was included in the list of districts. In accordance with the plan of measures jointly approved by the Minister of Innovative Development and regional governors, it was decided to establish a telemedicine service in Urgut of Samarkand region and Ohangaron district of Tashkent region. Innovative Developers LLC, the winner of the start-up competition announced by the Ministry of Innovative Development, has started the work of establishing a telemedicine service. In particular, negotiations are being conducted with enterprises that manufacture telemedicine equipment and software products in the world, and the necessary equipment is being purchased and put into operation. At the same time, cooperation with foreign and local medical centers and clinics has been started for consultation of patients in the regions.

Last week, cooperation memoranda were signed with Innovative Developers LLC and the ProMED career institute of the USA, the Turkish Medical Tourism Association and the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy.

Within the framework of these memorandums, the parties will conduct activities in the following areas:

a) provision of qualified and high-quality medical services to patients in remote areas through telemedicine service;

b) improving the implementation of remote diagnosis and remote treatment;

v) development of consultation and consultation of hyphocorts on the plan of diagnosis of patients, treatment tactics, preventive directions;

g) increasing the possibilities of real-time examination and treatment of patients through telemedicine services;

d) providing integration of medical institutions with specialized medical centers and foreign clinics through telemedicine service;

e) organizing a master class, practical events, trainings, roundtable discussions on telemedicine service;

j) coverage of telemedicine service in mass media and development of telemedicine network services.

It should be noted that the introduction of telemedicine services, which are entering a new stage of development all over the world and have become more relevant in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, is one of the urgent tasks of today.

"Telemedicine" aims to provide remote medical services, establish mutual cooperation of medical staff with the help of telecommunication and Internet technologies, and improve the quality of medical services. Telemedicine is designed to remotely provide various medical services (monitoring of the patient's condition, counseling, training), as well as mutual cooperation of medical personnel using telecommunication technologies.

As a result of the establishment of the telemedicine service, people in the regions will have the opportunity to directly use qualified and high-quality medical services. As a result of telemedicine, communication with pulmonologist, cardiologist, neuropathologist, nephrologist, otorhinolaryngologist (ENT), gynecologist is planned.

In particular, citizens of Ohangaron and Urgut districts will have the opportunity to receive medical advice not only from specialists in our country, but also from abroad. For this, the organization is conducting negotiations with medical institutions abroad, in particular, medical institutions in India and Korea.

It is necessary to have medical centers not only in the capital, but also in the centers of each region, as well as in the centers of districts, and the residents there should also use qualified and quality medical services in their place of residence. Thanks to the organized service, residents of the region will have the opportunity to receive treatment and medical advice from qualified specialists, docents and professors without coming to Tashkent.
