It is known that on January 28 of this year, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-60 "On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" was adopted. This Decree aims to ensure the rule of law, support young people, develop science, ensure spiritual development, strengthen the security and defense potential, in short, to glorify human dignity in our society through comprehensive development of our republic.
In particular, the 51st goal of the strategy includes the wide introduction of innovations in the economy, the development of cooperative relations between industrial enterprises and scientific institutions, and the production of innovative products that are cheaper than existing analogues by up to 50% in the districts that are being transformed into innovative regions, and of high quality, which create added value 2-3 times higher than the price of raw materials. technologies, including the implementation of 195 projects with a total cost of 165.9 billion soums.
Also, with the Decree, a number of tasks are assigned to each state body and organization in the state program for the implementation of the "Year of Human Dignity and Active Neighborhood". In particular, a number of tasks have been assigned to the Academy of Sciences, the ultimate goal of which is the development of science. In particular, further development of research and development in the field of hydrogen energy, agriculture, implementation of the national program on seed and seedling production, restoration of the historical appearance of the 12 gates of the city in order to further improve tourism in Tashkent, implementation of the concept of development of the science of history until 2030, important directions such as accelerating the establishment of the Alisher Navoi International Institute, which aims to popularize the Uzbek language, culture and national traditions in foreign countries, and strengthen humanitarian relations, have been defined.
It is no exaggeration to say that this Decree and the state program approved on the basis of it will be a support aimed at the specific goal of glorifying human dignity, comprehensive development of our country, and ensuring that the world community has a worthy place.
