The seminar-training was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Innovative Development and the responsible staff of the Science Funding and Innovation Support Fund. In it, Boltayev Sanjar Botirovich, a senior teacher of the Department of State Budget Treasury Executive under the Ministry of Finance, gave a sufficient explanation and information about the requirements, content and essence of the new law "On State Procurement" and subordinate documents.
The discussion of the question-and-answer part of the event took place in the direction of analytical debates and discussions. The participants received full answers to the questions they were interested in. At the same time, the ground has been created to avoid future shortcomings.
