For the first time in Uzbekistan, Nano Sputnik is launched to the universe

For the first time in Uzbekistan, the CubeSat (nano-satellite) produced by the students of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent was launched into the stratosphere. This U-class device weighing 2.5-3.0 kg is a 10 cm cubic satellite consisting of several modules for space exploration.

The CubeSat consists of a series of sensors that transmit physical data about altitude, stratospheric humidity, wind speed, air pollution and other types of data online to a data receiving station located at the university. The data will be analyzed for conducting scientific research in the field of geodesy in the future. The CubeSat also transmitted video footage online during its flight, with the help of which data will be used in future research in the field of geoinformation systems. The purpose of this dawn launch is to get the helium-filled balloon into the stratosphere, 20 km high, before the air temperature rises. Helium gas loses its volatile properties at high temperatures.

After passing through the troposphere, our satellite entered the stratosphere and rose to a higher altitude.
