"Youth innovative production zone" is being established in Oltinsoy district of Surkhandarya region under the innovative technology park "Yashnobad" under the Ministry of Innovative Development.
"Youth Innovative Production Zone" carries out tasks such as putting innovative ideas of young people into practice, producing scientific and innovative products. For this production zone, 1.2 hectares of land in the government reserve, located in Ipok neighborhood of Oltinsoy district, has been allocated. In this area, a separate area will be established for young entrepreneurs with innovative products, as well as the "Business Incubator" of the "Yashnobad" innovative technology park - a program to support innovative ideas.
In order to eliminate problems related to the use of the Internet in the region, it is planned to create the necessary infrastructure for providing the center of Oltinsoy district with free Internet based on the Wi-Fi Hotspot program at the expense of the local budget.
It is planned to launch the production of several types of innovative products in the "Youth Innovative Production Zone" of Altinsoy district. In particular, "Production of highly filled high-temperature resistant and mechanically strong compounds based on basalt mineral", "Production of modified sulfur concrete products based on waste sulfur of oil and gas industry enterprises", "Based on sulfur from oil and gas industry waste" production of polysulfide polymer paints for highway road lines", "Production of water and mineral resource-saving, highly absorbent and biodegradable hydrogels based on local raw materials", "Chemical and Projects such as production of high-quality soft yarn for the textile industry through mechanical processing are implemented.
In general, as a result of the interaction of science, business and production, ideas are turned into ready-made commercial products in the territory of Oltinsoy district. This, in turn, serves the innovative development of the regions around the district.
