In accordance with Decree No. 313 of the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2020, the Ministry of
Innovative Development has begun the implementation of Youth Technoparks in the
centers of the regions of our Republic.
On April 15, 2022, the official opening ceremony of the
Youth Technopark was held in the presence of the Minister of Innovative
Development Academician I. Abdurakhmonov, the head of the Samarkand region E.
Turdimov and the rector of Samarkand State University R. Kholmuradov.
Tasks of organization:
Increasing the intellectual, scientific and creative
potential of young people in cooperation with local executive authorities,
educational institutions, scientific organizations;
Analytical thinking of the youth of the region, its wide
involvement in research and innovation activities, the creation of the
necessary conditions for talented, enterprising youth to realize their
intellectual potential and social adaptation; Increasing the innovative
potential of the region by creating a single platform for the development of
youth "start-up" projects and their implementation; Selection of
projects in relevant areas proposed by talented youth, and referral to
competitions announced by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and
Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on grants; Attracting researchers,
teachers and students of higher educational institutions for the implementation
of scientific and technical, innovative and start-up projects.
Functions of organizations:
Training of qualified personnel who meet modern requirements
and carry out innovative activities, as well as deepening the integration of
science, education and production in order to provide our region with
high-quality, high-tech products and services; Implementation of the transfer
of projects in prestigious research centers, universities, technology parks and
industrial organizations of developed foreign countries through the Samarkand
Technopark of Youth; Conducting trainings and master classes with the
participation of representatives of leading business entities engaged in
innovative activities and qualified specialists and experts in our region, as
well as organizing scientific and technical conferences, seminars, courses and
trainings in order to form practical skills among young people and establish
innovative corporate relations with manufacturers; Training of local youth in
modern professions that are of great importance and in high demand in the local
labor market at the present time.
Work done by the organization:
In order to train talented personnel, their wide involvement
in innovation activities, as well as to create the necessary conditions for
talented, enterprising youth to realize their intellectual potential and social
adaptation, the project “Learn Modern Professions for Free” is being
implemented. 109 young people were accepted for the 5th season of this project
and involved in free training courses organized in 6 different directions. Free
training seminars were held on the topic "Professions of the Future"
for students of vocational and secondary schools of the region in order to
involve young people in analytical thinking, research and innovation
activities. 3112 young people took part in seminars and trainings.
To train qualified personnel that meet modern requirements.
cooperation has been established between the Samarkand Youth Technopark and
Vocational School No. 2, which specializes in teaching modern professions. On
the basis of the prototyping laboratory "FabLab" of the Samarkand
Youth Technopark, a 3-month program "Professional School of
Engineers" was organized. 20 young people were accepted as
mentors-trainees in 3-month vocational schools organized as a welder, turner,
CNC equipment operator and civil engineer in the FabLab prototyping laboratory
of the Samarkand Technopark of Youth. In accordance with the approved
regulation on the creation of the InnoX business incubator program, the InnoX
business incubator program was launched in the Samarkand Technopark of Youth,
within which 16 start-up projects were formed.
