This competition is held in accordance with the requirements set out in the release of the United Nations Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women of March 9, 2020.

Conditions for accepting startup projects:

Participation in the competition only by subjects of innovative activity in the listed innovation zones;

1 participant participates in 1 project;

The longest duration of creation of layouts and (or) prototypes, software products, services and social products based on startup projects should not exceed 1 year;

The initiator of the startup project - the startup is one of the founders of the project (to be one of the main stakers in the case of the company).

Conditions for the selection of start-up projects:

The competition will accept applications for the creation and implementation of a wide range of business projects aimed at production and maintenance. They must be based on innovation and technology.

Applications can be submitted by legal entities and individuals (sample of the letter of guarantee form).

Below are the areas in which the technologies/services/products that will be obtained during the implementation of the project:

Information technologies;

biotechnology;

food safety;

Technologies aimed at ensuring environmental stability in the Aral Sea region.

When evaluating the project, the following is taken into account:

The innovation of the project is the level of use of new technologies (or) principles of integration of processes that were not previously used in the republic, in which the project is aimed at the production of new products (if there is an object of intellectual property) that were not previously produced in the republic, and at the creation of a new service;

The technical component of the project, including the level of completion;

Availability of protection documents - the complete complexity of the patent or patent applications and (or) scientific and technical documents and / or technical regulations of the proposed product (technology), test documents, the availability of a sample of products;

Providing the project with specialists, providing scientific, technical and production capabilities - the formation of a team of qualified specialists, the availability of the necessary equipment and infrastructure of scientific facilities;

The investment attractiveness of the project is a set of favorable investment and innovation conditions that will bring additional benefits and reduce the risk of invested funds. The investment attractiveness of the project is determined by its compliance with the long-term prospects for the development of the country, the cost of the project, risk accounting, self-coverage, profitability;

Financial planning of the project consists in the fact that the financial support of the Project is carried out in accordance with the planned work and is based on the cost estimate;

Marketing plan – project implementation strategy, market volume, target audience, main sales channels, competitive environment, etc.

The results expected from the implementation of the project are the effective use of the allocated funds, the quality and duration of the implementation of activities, the organization of production of products that require a scientific basis for import substitution and export.

In this case, the originals of the following documents must be sent in PDF format:

Application signed by the author of the startup project (with signature and seal);

startup project passport;

cost estimates;

business text of the startup project;

presentation of a startup project.

The decision of the Ministry of Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the winners of the competition will not be strictly revised!

Preliminary technicality for strict compliance with the requirements of selection, reliability and accuracy of project materials, non-displacement (plagiarism), based on the requirements, as well as the full validity of important results achieved at the end of the startup project in accordance with the design of the study and the correct calculation of the requested funds in accordance with the funding provided for in the selection conditions is carried out by Jehovah's Witnesses.

Projects that have not passed the preliminary technical examination are not recommended for the next stage of selection!

Projects submitted in the following cases cannot be recommended for participation in the competition:

The implementation of the startup project is not expected to be carried out in this innovation region;

lack of innovative features in the content of the startup project;

lack of coverage of the goals and objectives of the startup project;

lack of solution to the problem presented in the startup project;

the submitted projects did not win this competition;

The funds allocated for the implementation of start-up projects will be used for the reconstruction and reconstruction of buildings, as well as for the purchase of vehicles.
