Applications for this competition are accepted in accordance with the requirements established by Resolution No. 440 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures to Support Invention and Rationalization Activities" dated August 10, 2022, and Protocol No. 15 dated November 1, 2022.
Developments submitted to the competition will be accepted in electronic form through the online platform for conducting the invention and rationalization review competition (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz) until September 14, 2025.
Competition terms.
1. Inventors and innovators aged 16 to 40 from all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan have the right to participate in the competition.
2. Talented youth wishing to participate in the competition must register through the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz).
3. Inventors and rationalizers wishing to participate in the competition must meet the following requirements:
be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
have a specific invention, utility model, or rationalization proposal.
4. Applications for proposals that have participated in invention and rationalization exhibitions held in the regions are accepted for the competition. In this case, information or an image confirming participation in the exhibition should be uploaded to the Platform as a separate document.
5. Proposals that have participated in previously held competitions are excluded from the Competition.
6. Close relatives of employees from organizing and sponsoring organizations, as well as members of the Commission, are not eligible to participate in the Competition (except in cases of self-recusal).
7. The competition is held in two stages:
1st stage - The owners of the best invention, utility model, or rationalization proposal selected from among the participants of exhibitions organized at the level of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent are declared winners of the regional stage of the Competition and receive an invitation to the republican stage;
2nd stage - Those who received an invitation to participate in the republican stage will take part in the "InnoWeek - 2025" - International Week of Innovative Ideas exhibition, and 3 owners of the best inventions, utility models, or rationalization proposals selected from among them will be declared winners of the republican stage of the Competition.
8. According to the results of the competition, the winners will be determined on the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz) by members of the Republican Commission.
9. The evaluation of inventions, utility models, or rationalization proposals submitted to the competition is carried out according to the following criteria:
energy and resource conservation, development and utilization of modern technologies and new materials;
environmental compatibility (addressing environmental protection issues);
improvement of working conditions and creation of conveniences for people;
the level of development of the object (readiness for implementation: pilot-industrial or prototype, etc.);
export potential;
import substitution;
obtaining a patent for the invention or utility model.
10. In the process of registering applications through the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz), electronic copies of the following documents (pdf/doc) are uploaded to the Platform:
a photograph or diagram of a development based on an invention, utility model, or rationalization proposal (pdf/jpeg).
text of the description of the invention, utility model, or rationalization proposal (in signed form in pdf and its form in the text editor program (doc/docx);
Letter of consent of the co-authors of the proposal for participation in the competition, if the proposal was created in the organization/collective (pdf);
copy of the patent or rationalization proposal certificate (pdf);
a copy of the license agreement, if the proposal has been implemented (pdf)
12. Information about the invention, utility model, or rationalization proposal must be entered into the relevant sections of the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz).
Note: If information is not entered into the sections of the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz) under the mandatory (*) sign, the application will not be accepted for the competition.

technical expertise of developments is carried out in accordance with established requirements;
Information on the results of the review of applications submitted for the competition at each stage is provided through an interactive service provided in personal accounts on the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz).
When submitting a project to the competition, the participant must:
1. Registration of individuals engaged in scientific and innovative activities through the identification system (id.ilmiy.uz);
2. It is necessary to access the Platform (ixtiro.ilmiy.uz) through the identification number (ScienceID) and generate a project application.
Applications submitted by persons who are not authors of the development are not accepted for the competition.
