Scientists" announces the competition of innovative practical and
innovative projects (78th round)
Within the framework of state programs related to scientific activity, the
competition of innovative practical and innovative projects "Women
Scientists" is announced in the following fields of science:
1. Architecture, construction, design and urban planning
2. Sciences of development of information and information and communication
technologies
3. Biological sciences
4. Biotechnology sciences
5. Philology and social sciences
6. Legal sciences
7. Economic sciences
8. Chemical sciences, chemical technologies and nanotechnology
9. Mathematics, physics and mechanics
10. Pedagogy and psychology
11. Agriculture and environmental protection sciences
12. History and archeology
13. Technical sciences
14. Medical sciences
15. Department of veterinary medicine and animal husbandry
16. Pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences
17. Earth sciences
The main goal of the competition is to attract women to science in our
republic, to support and encourage the new ideas and developments of women
engaged in scientific activities in various branches and fields of science,
education and economy, according to the results of initiative practical and
innovative projects. is to create scientific volume products and innovative
technologies aimed at solving existing problems, real needs and territorial
problems of economic sectors and the social sphere.
The competition is within the priority tasks defined in paragraph 5.2. is
being organized together with the women's committee.
This competition is held in accordance with the requirements of the state
order for scientific research works.
The scientific projects submitted to the competition are through
www.grant.mininnovation.uz - the only intellectual electronic platform of state
scientific programs
Until May 5, 2023, it will be accepted only in electronic form.
The composition of project managers should consist of only women, the
average age of the scientific team should not exceed 45 years, and the
scientific team should include young scientists, talented students and graduate
students.
Women with academic degrees working in research and higher education
institutions and other organizations engaged in scientific activity can
participate in the competition.
In the extract from the minutes of the meeting of the scientific
(scientific and technical) council of the executive organization and in
paragraph 4.6 of the project, it should be noted (justified) that the important
scientific result (final product, new development, technology) obtained at the
end of the planned scientific project meets the following minimum requirements:
aimed at providing a scientific solution to an existing problem in a
specific economic sector or a specific social sphere (annual demand/need should
be specified in specific numbers);
the existence of a comparative advantage in comparison with existing/foreign
(import) analogues (must be specified in clear numbers);
existence of a clear economic (social/practical) benefit from
commercialization/implementation.
Practical and innovative projects are accepted for the competition.
Scientific projects intended to be completed in more than one year are not
subject to preliminary technical examination and are not reviewed.
Only one project can be submitted to the competition by the project
manager. If the project leader is actually working on a scientific project, it
is not allowed to be the leader of two projects of the same type at the same
time.
During the registration of scientific project documents through the
grant.mininnovation.uz electronic platform, the following original documents in
pdf/doc form must be uploaded to the electronic platform:
• referral letter signed by the head of the executive organization (.pdf);
• extract from the decision of the scientific (scientific and technical)
council of the executive organization (.pdf);
• practical or innovative project text (pdf and .doc/.docx with signature
and seal).
The submitted projects strictly comply with the competition requirements,
the reliability and authenticity of the project materials, copying (plagiarism)
is not allowed, the scientific project has not been carried out before in this
topic, it is formed based on the competition requirements, as well as the
important scientific results obtained at the end of the project (new
development, technology) and a preliminary technical examination will be conducted
on whether the scientific direction is fully justified in accordance with the
research design and whether the requested funds have been correctly calculated
in accordance with the volume of funding specified in the tender conditions.
According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
No. PQ-3855 of July 18, 2018, the results of practical and innovative research
carried out within the framework of state programs related to scientific
activity must be fully commercialized after their completion.
The truthfulness and reliability of the information in the submitted
projects, the results of the scientific and technical projects by the
competition winners, the level of commercialization, the full and timely
implementation of the expected results set in the tasks of the competition
programs are the responsibility of the heads of the scientific project, the
heads of the organization implementing the scientific project, and the
responsible employees of the relevant high-ranking organizations. are
considered
The conclusion of the competent structure (department) of the executive
organization on the feasibility of open discussion of the scientific
innovation, know-how and ideas presented in the submitted project in expert
processes should be attached to the project.

Note: Information on the results of the review of the projects submitted to
the competition at each stage is provided on the grant.mininnovation.uz
electronic platform through the interactive service provided in the personal
offices of the project managers.
Scientific projects submitted to the competition must be submitted through
the personal office of the project leader registered through the unified
identification system (id.egov.uz). Scientific projects submitted by project
executors or persons who are not project leaders will not be accepted for the
competition.
