7.This competition is held in accordance with the requirements of the state order for scientific research works.
Selection conditions.
The scientific projects submitted to the competition will be accepted only in electronic form until August 1, 2023 through www.grant.mininnovation.uz - the only intellectual electronic platform of state scientific programs.
In the process of registration of scientific project documents through the electronic platform grant.mininnovation.uz, the original copies of the following documents in pdf/doc form must be uploaded to the electronic platform:
referral letter signed by the head of the executive organization (pdf);
extract from the decision of the scientific (scientific and technical) council of the executive organization (.pdf);
text of practical or innovative project (with signature and seal, pdf and doc/docx).
The submitted projects strictly comply with the competition requirements, reliability and authenticity of the project materials, copy (plagiarism)
that it was not allowed, that it was formed based on the requirements, and that the important scientific results obtained at the end of the project were fully justified in accordance with the research design, and that the requested funds were correctly calculated in accordance with the amount of funding specified in the selection conditions preliminary technical examination is carried out.
Projects that have not passed electronic registration and preliminary technical expertise are not recommended for the next stage of the competition.
The completeness, truthfulness and reliability of the information in the presented projects, the effectiveness of the scientific projects, the potential for commercialization, the full and timely implementation of the scientific research planned in the project by the heads of the scientific project, the heads of the executive organization implementing the scientific project, and the relevant senior officials Responsible employees of organizations are considered responsible.
The conclusion of the competent structure (department) of the executive organization on the feasibility of open discussion of the scientific innovation, know-how and ideas presented in the submitted project in expert processes should be attached to the project.

Note: Information on the results of the review of the projects submitted to the competition at each stage is provided on the grant.mininnovation.uz electronic platform through the interactive service provided in the personal offices of the project managers.
Scientific projects submitted to the competition must be submitted through the personal office of the project leader registered through the unified identification system (id.egov.uz). Scientific projects submitted by project executors or persons who are not project leaders will not be accepted for the competition.
