Based on the basis of the Creatuns, the composition and technology of canned food was developed. Technology of the production of fructose syrup production of topinambura juice and inudes in its hydrolystitium. The technology of production of dietary sweets received from the fructzalborn syrup has been created. Cannuands have created a technology for the production of new types of fruits, vegetables and milk-based dietary products.
