According
to the 313th resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of
Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2020, "Andijan Youth Technopark" LLC was
established. Andijan Youth Technopark has been operating since September 2021.
Located in the city of Andijan in Andijan region, this technopark is equipped
with all the necessary conditions and the latest equipment to implement and
develop the projects and ideas of youth, students, scientists, and
entrepreneurs. It is considered to be a modern educational and production
technopark that meets the requirements of the time.
"Andijan
Youth Technopark" has the opportunity to provide education in 5 directions
- "Web Development", "Robotics", "3D Modeling",
Graphic Design, and Web Design - to 560 young people interested in information
and communication technologies annually.
In
addition, the skills of employees working in companies and organizations in the
field of ICT are enhanced. All necessary conditions are created for students,
including access to free internet, modern computer facilities, 3D printers,
Arduino and Lego kits.
Organization's
tasks:
To develop
the activities of the "Youth Academy" in the regions and increase the
intellectual, scientific, and creative abilities of young people in
collaboration with local authorities, educational institutions, scientific
organizations, and centers supporting technologies and innovations.
To enhance
analytical thinking and attract young people to scientific research and
innovative activities, as well as to create necessary conditions for the
demonstration of intellectual abilities and social adaptation of talented,
enthusiastic young people.
To increase
the innovative capacity of the regions by establishing a single field for the
development and implementation of youth "startup" projects.
To deepen
the integration of science, education, and production with the aim of training
highly qualified personnel that can meet modern requirements and ensure the
supply of high-tech products and services in the regions.
To assist
talented young people in gaining experience at influential scientific centers,
universities, technoparks, and production enterprises abroad.
To organize
scientific-technical conferences, seminars, training courses, and trainings
with the participation of representatives of leading companies, qualified
specialists, and experts, as well as to establish innovative connections with
manufacturers and shape practical skills in young people.
To direct
the selection of projects proposed by talented young people in relevant areas
for conducting competitions announced by the Innovation Development Agency of
the Republic of Uzbekistan and to guide them towards receiving grants.
To attract scientific personnel, professors, teachers, and
students of higher education institutions for the practical implementation of
scientific-technical, innovative, and "startup" projects.
Functions of the organization:
Establishing and developing small innovative enterprises
aimed at commercializing research and developments, as well as assisting
aspiring entrepreneurs in implementing innovative projects.
Assisting in participating in selection processes for grants
related to themed projects proposed by talented youth in various fields, and
supporting and co-financing them.
Actively attracting and engaging professors, teachers,
students, employees of scientific organizations, as well as individual scholars
and specialists in entrepreneurial activities, and supporting the
implementation of their ideas and projects.
Providing comprehensive services to residents of the Youth
Technopark, as well as assisting them in advancing the results of scientific
and technical research, developments, and inventions.
Organizing education and training in the field of innovation
management and innovation marketing for entrepreneurs and specialists to
enhance their professional, legal, economic, and managerial knowledge.
Establishing a dedicated space for the development and
implementation of startup projects by young people.
Providing support and assistance in developing and
implementing scientific and technical projects and programs aimed at creating
innovative technologies and competitive products.
Establishing and implementing international scientific and
technical cooperation with influential scientific centers, universities,
technoparks, and production organizations in accordance with legal documents.
