Youth Technopark of  Tashkent region was established in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 313 of May 22, 2020 "On measures to establish a Youth Technopark in the territories of the Republic".

The Youth Technopark of the Tashkent region was solemnly opened on February 17, 2021 by the Deputy Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. Tuychiyev and the Mayor of the Tashkent region D. Khidoyatov. This technopark is an organization responsible for the implementation of innovative ideas and developments aimed at the development of all sectors in our country. The total land area of  Youth Technopark of  Tashkent region is 1.95 hectares.


Tasks of the organization:

To increase the intellectual, scientific, and creative potential of young people in cooperation with local executive authorities, educational institutions, and scientific organizations;

Creation of necessary conditions for the analytical thinking of young people in the region, their widespread involvement in scientific research and innovative activities, the manifestation of their intellectual potential and social adaptation of talented, enterprising young people; Increasing the innovative potential of the region by creating a single platform for the development of youth "startup" projects and their implementation; Selection of projects in relevant areas proposed by talented young people and referral to contests announced by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the issue of grants; Involvement of scientific staff, professors and students of higher education institutions in order to implement scientific-technical, innovative and "start-up" projects.

 

Functions of the organization:

To establish the only Center in our region with the necessary conditions for the analytical thinking of the youth of the Tashkent region, their widespread involvement in scientific research and innovative activities, the manifestation of their intellectual potential and the social adjustment of the talented and enterprising youth in an innovative spirit;

Training qualified personnel who meet modern requirements engaged in innovative activities, as well as deepening the integration of science, education and production in order to provide our region with high-quality, high-tech products and services; Implementation of the transfer of projects in prestigious scientific centers, universities, technoparks and production organizations of developed foreign countries through the Youth Technopark; In Technopark, trainings and master-classes will be held with the participation of representatives of leading business entities engaged in innovative activities in our region, qualified specialists and experts, as well as in order to form practical skills in young people and establish innovative-corporate relations with manufacturers. - organization of technical conferences, seminars, educational courses and trainings; Training of local youth in modern occupations which are very important nowadays and are in high demand for the local labor market.

 

Activities carried out by the organization:

During 2021-2023, more than 3000 young people were covered, and by this day in 2023, more than 800 young people were involved, and grant contests for education in 5 types of training courses organized in the Youth Technopark were announced. The "Mental Arithmetic" training course was organized. The "Forum of Young Innovators" was held in the building of the Youth Technopark of the Tashkent region, an exhibition of start-up projects implemented in Akhangaran district was organized and more than 300 young people were involved. In accordance with a decree No. PF-165 dated July 6, 2012, the "Interactive Education VR" and "Supervisor" program projects were presented in the 12th secondary school of Akhangaran district in the direction of "Smart Education". In this direction, the project "Chemical science laboratory teaching program based on virtual reality" was sold to the 12th general education school in the district for 250.0 mln sums and introduced to the chemical science laboratory. In order to prevent excessive distractions, the "Electronic Polyclinic" and "Ambulance" platforms were created and won at etender.uzex.uz. It started its operation in the multidisciplinary central polyclinic in Akhangaran city. The project cost 110.0 mln sums.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the company "Amnpardor Soft Corporation" of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the "Voltauto" Joint Stock Company of our country. In order to train the unemployed population of the city of Akhangaron in professions, the Akhangaron popular employment support center 40 mln sums contract was signed. According to it, 100 women and young people are being trained in computer operation. A memorandum of 50 mln sums was signed by the Akhangaron city administration and the Youth Affairs Agency of Akhangaron. According to him, the expenses of 19 young people who wanted to study modern professions and foreign languages were covered.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between "Youth Technopark of Tashkent region " and a branch of "MISiS" of Almalyk city. An innovative engineering experimental room was established, and the Almalyk branch of the Youth Technopark of Tashkent region began its activity. Training courses in computer literacy and 3D modeling were organized for students of the department.

Khatamkulov Ahliddin, Yulchiyev Sarvar, Zabaydullina Karina, Khusniddinov Shahobiddin participated in the Ohangaron city stage of the Republican competition of the successors of Mirzo Ulugbek and won the regional stage. Yulchiyev Sarvar and Zabaidullina Karina won the Republican stage and were awarded with a certificate and a certificate for 3 months of free use at INNO Technopark in Tashkent city.

"InnoX" business incubator program was launched in the Youth Technopark of the Tashkent region in accordance with the approved regulations on the organization of the "InnoX" business incubator program. A total of 40 startup projects initiators applied for participation in the program and were approved by the advisory board. the process of selection and evaluation of startup projects was carried out based on the requirements of the regulations, and 25 startups were selected and involved in training. During the program, a seminar on "Building a successful business" and "Factors of success and failure in business" was organized for the participants by Husan Mamasaidov, a well-known entrepreneur and mentor, founder of "MFaktor""Demo day" project presentation was held with the participants of the "InnoX" business incubator organized in the Youth Technopark after completing the 3-month long program. During the "Demo day" event, more than 15 participants participated with the presentations of their projects and "MVP"s. At the end of "Demo Day", 5 participants will receive 10 mln sums for 1st place, 8 mln sums for 2nd place, 5 mln sums for 3rd and 4th place and 1 mln sums for 5th place. Projects with more than 10 "MVP"s were sent to Grant competitions organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

Directors of Youth Technopark of Tashkent region and Nukus Youth Technopark of Republic of Karakalpakstan participated in "Seminar on scientific and technological innovations and integration for developing countries" organized by the Ministry of Trade of the People's Republic of China. The participants of the seminar were in the People's Republic of China and visited various innovative and technological organizations in the cities of Fuzhou and Xi'an. The participants got acquainted with innovative infrastructures of these organizations, modern technologies, products based on artificial intelligence, introduction of smart technologies in cities. It was agreed to improve skills and exchange experience with international companies. The directors of the Youth Technopark successfully completed this seminar and received the certificates established by the Ministry of Trade of the People's Republic of China.

 

The "Learn modern professions for free" project is being implemented in order to train qualified personnel who meet modern requirements, to attract them to innovative activities, to show the intellectual potential of talented and enterprising young people and to create the necessary conditions for their social adaptation. 800 young people were accepted for the 2nd and 3rd  season of this project and were involved in free training courses organized in 3 different directions.
