The Industrial Park in the city of Jizzakh, Jizzakh region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is intended for the localization of Russian companies' production in Uzbekistan. The technopark has a developed engineering infrastructure with access points to power supply networks at a "step" distance from any land plot and building. All conditions have been created here for the uninterrupted supply of energy to the population.
The total area is 13.56 ha, the total area of buildings is 81.686 sq. meters, administrative buildings - 9.377 sq. meters, industrial buildings - 72.309 sq. meters.
The territory of JSC "JIZZAX PLASTMASSA" was chosen for the creation of the park.
The idea of the Jizzakh Technopark is to provide residents with plots and land plots on the basis of lease and/or purchase rights. The availability of a comprehensive engineering infrastructure allows for the quick start of production. Website management is carried out by a professional management company, the work is organized on the principle of "one window."
The site's residents are small and medium-sized businesses engaged in small-tonnage chemicals, polymer processing, energy, mechanical engineering, resource conservation and energy efficiency, and medical technologies.
Work on the creation of the park is being carried out by the "Himgrad" technopolis in cooperation with JSC "Uzkimyosanoat" with the direct support of the governments of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan. This guarantees the implementation of the project within the established timeframe, the stable operation of the park, and the provision of benefits to resident companies.
