The Urgench branch of Binary is educated in accordance with international standards
A meeting was held with the
leadership of the Malaysian "Binary" University of Management and
Entrepreneurship at the State Inspection of Education Quality Control. During the discussions, there was a detailed exchange
of views on the ongoing work on the establishment of the Khorezm branch of the
university, the results of the Education Inspection, the issuance of a license
to this non-governmental higher education organization, and the recognition of
diplomas issued by the university in our country. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the
Education Inspection gave information about the work being done to increase the
number of non-governmental higher education organizations in our country and
the state requirements in this direction. - In recent years, as a result of the
reforms implemented to improve the higher education system, the number of
non-state higher education organizations is constantly increasing. In the
concept of development of the higher education system until 2030, specific
tasks for establishing the activities of non-state higher education
institutions in each region are defined. It is a happy event for us that such an educational
center is being opened by foreign investors in Khorezm region, - said Ulugbek
Tashkenbayev, head of the Education Inspection. - Taking into account the
growing share of young people in our country, I must emphasize that we are also
interested in the increase in the number of branches of such non-governmental
higher education organizations in Khorezm region. We hope that
"Binary" University will be one of the leading higher education institutions
in our country, serving to deliver potential and competitive personnel to the
labor market. In his turn, the founder and rector of "Binary"
University of Management and Entrepreneurship, Joseph Adaykalam, thanked the
officials of the Education Inspection for the warm reception, and spoke about
the history of the university, its current activities and future plans. - I have been to your country several times before.
Having participated in the election process as an observer, I saw that
Uzbekistan has a great potential for personnel training. Based on this, it was
interesting for us to invest in the higher education system of your country. I
should note that the educational programs of "Binary" University are
formed based on the standards of countries such as Great Britain, USA,
Australia, - said the rector of "Binary" University of Management and
Entrepreneurship. - In addition, graduates of the bachelor's and master's
degrees are presented with a diploma, an ISP certificate accredited by the
National Institute of Standardization of the USA. This gives them a great
advantage to find their place in the labor market. Also, we prepare graduates
for entrepreneurship along with profession. It is based on such approaches that
today the average employment rate of our graduates is 96 percent. At the end of the negotiations, it was agreed to
continue bilateral cooperation on improving the quality and efficiency of
education at the university, and after the presentation of the final documents
on the establishment of the specified educational activities, a license will be
issued to this university in accordance with the established procedure. For information, "Binary" University of
Management and Entrepreneurship of Malaysia was established in 1984, and
students from more than 60 countries study at the university. 5 research
centers operate. The educational institution has 5 courses at the bachelor's
level, 11 at the master's level, and 3 at the doctoral level. The branch of the university in Urganch was
established on September 17, 2020, and 124 students are studying at this
educational institution.
