Training of specialist personnel in the field of innovative technologies in water management was started several years ago. Here there is another important task, that is, formation of practical skills in young people who have deep theoretical knowledge in higher educational institutions. The joint enterprise in the form of "MASTER BUILDING PRODUCTS" limited liability company located in Jizzakh region was one of the first to implement this task in our republic.
On March 23, 2022, 4 graduate students from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers National Research University studying "Innovative technologies in water management and their use" and "Water management and reclamation" from the Andijan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technology 6 students studying in the field of education were accepted for 3 months of production practice.
Abdumurad Alimov, an engineer of the enterprise, was assigned to the students as the head of practice. The main goal of the internship is to teach students about each element of the drip irrigation system perfectly, to build skills by directly participating in the process of designing and installing the system.
Currently, the drip irrigation method is distinguished by its high efficiency, that is, in the conditions of insufficient water resources, it allows to get a stable high yield with low water consumption. Due to the high possibilities of reducing manual labor in crop cultivation and irrigation, as well as automating irrigation, the drip irrigation method is being applied to wider areas all over the world.
The students are trained by Kerem Akdogan, an engineer from Turkey and a designer of drip irrigation systems installed by the company. During the training, each of the elements of the drip irrigation system is explained separately, about all their tasks and functions, as well as about the main aspects that should be taken into account when designing the system.
In their free time from classes, students are getting information about the pipes, hoses and fittings used in the drip irrigation system, the raw materials used for it, and the production process at the "Fittings and PPR Pipes" manufacturing workshop of the enterprise.
The students, who are ready to go to the farm fields to install the drip irrigation system along with the employees of the enterprise, decided to use the knowledge and skills acquired during the internship period in the future to positively solve the water problem in our republic, and to teach them to their peers.
