Ruzmat Safarov, a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, developed a unique artificial intelligence chat-bot for the development of companies ' activities. The main goal of this project is to process customer requests in chats of enterprises and organizations in our country, automate the business process, improve the performance efficiency of employees and reduce resource costs, as well as improve the service life of enterprise customers. This project can be applied in the system of the State Testing Center, Ministries, medical institutions, mobile communication companies, online stores. Currently, the project has begun its work in test mode (GPTuz-SmartBot).
