While the issue of achieving sustainable development of the highly qualified personnel training system was raised in the lectures, it was noted that it is necessary to further expand the mutual relations of universities in the training of personnel in the most demanded areas and specialties in the labor market. It was emphasized the importance of improving the quality of higher education based on advanced foreign experiences, improving regular educational programs and introducing modern pedagogical technologies.
Also, a special emphasis was placed on the issues of academic mobility, joint scientific and innovative research and implementation of projects, expanding the professional development of professors and teachers.
