In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks defined by the relevant decisions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government, as well as to send young scientists for short-term scientific internships to leading foreign scientific organizations (centers, universities, etc.) based on their needs, the results of the first stage of targeted competitions announced by the Agency for Innovative Development will be announced.
It is established that information (documents) on candidates recommended under the conditions of targeted competitions are submitted to the Agency through the unified electronic system for organizing foreign scientific internships "internship.ilmiy.uz," formalized and summarized by the client organizations in the prescribed manner.
At the same time, based on the decision of the Special Expert Group under the Agency dated August 29, protocol No. 213, the information (documents) of the candidates were reviewed and approved, including:
"List of candidates who have passed the first stage of the competition for the purpose of sending young scientists for short-term scientific internships, as well as those participating in the second stage of the qualifying competition" in Appendix No. 1;
"List of candidates rejected in the first stage of the selection competition for sending young scientists for short-term scientific internships" in Appendix No. 2;
"Procedure for Conducting the Presentation Defense of Candidates in the Second Stage of the Qualifying Competition" in Appendix No. 3.
Accordingly, the presentation defense of the internship program for the second stage of the selection of candidates according to Appendix No. 1 will be held from September 5 to 23 of this year in the Agency building (address: 100174, Tashkent, Almazar district, University street, house 7, "Beruniy" metro station, "Beruniy" bus stop of routes 11, 28, 31, 78, 88, 116), and candidates will be invited according to the list.
For information: if, for any reason, it is not possible to hold a presentation defense on these designated days, candidates must notify the Agency at least 1 business day in advance (by official letter from the place of work), otherwise they will be considered not to have appeared for the presentation and have not passed the second stage.
