On September 25, 2025, the “TalabaExpo–2025” career fair was held at the Bukhara Ark as part of the “Step into the Future” program. The event was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, Uzmilliybank JSC, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Bukhara Regional Government, and the Youth Affairs Agency.
The main purpose of the exhibition was to ensure the employment of graduating students and young specialists, facilitate their recruitment, provide internship and apprenticeship opportunities, as well as support startup ideas.
Within the framework of the event, more than 100 major employers participated with over 1,000 job vacancies. In line with the program, seminars and training sessions, business meetings, and startup project presentations were organized. In addition, participants visited the Bukhara Free Industrial and Economic Zone and became acquainted with the activities of the Artel company, including production processes and opportunities created for young people.
As noted, currently 250 students of Bukhara State Technical University are engaged in dual education at Artel. During the visit, another 250 students were involved in the dual system, raising the total number of students studying at Artel Group LLC to 500.
During the internship period, students are provided with lunch, special work clothing, and receive a monthly salary.
Ten higher education institutions took part in the exhibition. The event was attended by 9,046 students, of whom 2,956 were interviewed by employers. As a result, employment was secured for 923 students, while 41 students presented their business projects and were guided towards entrepreneurial activity.
Within the framework of “TalabaExpo–2025,” a series of practical activities were implemented to strengthen young people’s professional skills, accelerate their integration into the labor market, and support entrepreneurial initiatives.
