A seminar aimed at improving the mechanisms of introducing innovations into economic sectors and fields was held

On September 29, the Ministry of Innovative Development held a seminar on the topic "Priority tasks of improving the mechanisms of introducing innovations into economic sectors and sectors". The seminar was attended by the Deputy Minister of Innovative Development, Shahlo Turdigulova, and Senior International Advisor of the Minister of Innovative Development, Karsten Heins. Also, the heads of the department of the ministry Farhod Jumayev, Sanjar Berdiyev and Absalom Ishimov made speeches.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the improvement of the state management system for the development of scientific and innovative activities" No. PF-6198 of April 1, 2021, all ministries and agencies, local executive authorities, economic associations, the state share in the charter fund is 50 percent and One of the current deputy heads of large organizations above him is assigned the task of introducing innovations (Chief Innovation Officer).

- One of the biggest issues facing the science of our country is the implementation of the results of science in various sectors of the economy, social spheres, - said Deputy Minister Sh. Turdikulova. - It is necessary for leaders responsible for innovations to be involved in this work, to identify the problems facing the industry and industry, and to convey them to scientists through the ministry. Scientists should conduct research on solving a certain problem according to your assignment. That's the only way an innovation cycle is created. Our task is to improve the quality of products and services by providing scientific solutions to problems, and to organize the production of goods in accordance with international standards.

The seminar was organized in order to introduce the main tasks and functions of the deputy heads of the ministries and departments, economic associations attached to the introduction of innovations, as well as the practical work carried out by the ministry. Aspects that should be given the main attention in the development of a three-year "road map" in the field of innovative activity by state administration bodies, business associations, and network organizations were discussed.

One of the deputy heads of state administration bodies and economic associations is assigned additional tasks in the field of innovation, which, in particular, includes participation in determining the needs for scientific development and innovation of the real sector of the economy and production sectors, as well as the integration of science and production based on the development of scientific research in the sector. are responsible for strengthening. Also, the deputy heads of innovation implementation are required to take measures to introduce new developments into commercialization and production, as well as to develop rationalization activities.

- I feel in my body that there have been big changes in Uzbekistan in the last five years - said international consultant K. Heins. - The issue of conversion has been resolved, state enterprises are being privatized, special attention is being paid to people's social problems, and freedom of speech has been given. When I arrived two years ago, I faced huge bureaucratic hurdles to register me, this time it was resolved in two minutes. I considered this to be due to the correct implementation of electronic document exchange in Uzbekistan. So, there are changes, we see them with our own eyes. Our task now is to ensure the innovative development of the regions. The innovative development of regions is not based on the implementation of some fantastic ideas, but on creating conditions for the creation of jobs for residents, improvement of their living conditions, and education. Good conditions for the employment and living of qualified personnel in the regions directly serve the introduction of innovations.

To date, the Ministry of Innovative Development has assigned the task of introducing innovations to one of the deputy heads of 140 organizations (Chief Innovation Officer). Also, departments responsible for engaging in innovative activities in state administration bodies and economic associations were established in about 110 organizations, and the activities of relevant departments are being coordinated.

The activities of the deputies assigned to the introduction of innovations of ministries and agencies, local executive authorities, business associations are evaluated at the end of the year based on the assessment criteria developed by the Ministry, and the most active deputies are awarded.
