Emanuel Wutrich, professor of Swiss Federal University of Vocational Education and Training SFUVET (Swiss federal university for vocational education and training), staff of Pedagogical Innovations, Vocational Education System, and professor of the Institute of Pedagogical Personnel Retraining and Advanced Training "Situation-based didactics" and "From life to didactic situations" traditional and online training courses were organized for teachers.
During the specialist courses, the modern views, actual problems and solutions of increasing the role of didactics in education were discussed. These issues were discussed in detail on the basis of which approaches are being solved in the Swiss professional education system, and were revealed on the basis of discussions and dialogues.
Such solutions are advanced in the professional education system based on the principle of "Lifelong learning" in the areas of continuous retraining and effective use of various forms of professional development, individual approach to each student based on innovative technologies, and meeting the educational needs of personnel. It creates new opportunities to widely apply the experiences of foreign countries in practice.
