This initiative was implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
The Turkish language history and culture foundation "TURKTAV" of the Republic of Turkey offered Uzbek researchers access to the historical archives of the Ottoman Empire as part of the international forum "A new stage of cooperation between the SCO countries: tourism and cultural heritage". Now Uzbek scientists will be able to restore a number of documents related to the history of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is reported that 55,000 electronic handwritten documents have been digitized by the Fund so far.
