In order to study the implementation of 253 scientific projects implemented within the framework of state programs for scientific activity, working groups consisting of employees of the Agency for Innovative Development and the Center for Scientific and Technical Information, as well as independent experts, are conducting monitoring on December 16-21.
In particular, the effectiveness of scientific projects implemented in a total of 110 higher education and research institutions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and all regions is being analyzed, and existing problems are being studied directly on the spot.
During the monitoring process, it is planned to study the implementation of scientific and research work in accordance with the signed contract and its calendar plan, the creation of necessary conditions by the implementing organization, the significant scientific results obtained and their compliance with existing needs, the targeted spending of state budget funds, the purchase of scientific equipment, and the results of publishing articles in reputable local and foreign journals.
